Dear Investors,

I am pleased to advise that we have now paid all directors fees as well as other creditors. The cash remaining after all these payments amounts to a little more than USD 100,000 which will be returned to the investors in proportion to the shareholding in MINCO. In order to proceed with his cash distribution, I will need the bank account details into which these payments will be made. Having recently completed payment of directors fees, I assume that this cash can be paid into the same bank accounts which were used for the directors fees. Please confirm that I can use the same bank accounts. If not, please send me the bank accounts into which the remaining cash should be paid. After completion of this process, we will then proceed with the next step in the wind up process.
