Norfund\u2019s Whistleblowing channel service makes it possible for all permanent and temporary employees in Norfund, our business partners and other stakeholders to report cases related to illegal, unethical or other unacceptable circumstances within Norfund and Norfund\u2019s investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples of matters to report include suspicion of financial irregularities such as fraud and corruption, harassment, discrimination and violation of human rights and environmental regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have any suspicions that Norfund should be informed about, this can be reported to Norfund\u2019s external reporting channel, managed by the investigation unit in Ernst & Young AS (EY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of Norfund\u2019s external whistleblowing channel is to promote and strengthen a culture of openness and transparency, by making it easy and safe to report on matters which due to the nature of the concern are not appropriate or desirable to report through normal reporting lines. You can decide to remain anonymous or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
