Det er derfor et viktig virkemiddel for \u00e5 ut\u00f8ve ansvarlig eierskap, i tr\u00e5d med Norfunds investeringsstrategi, og en m\u00e5te \u00e5 st\u00f8tte v\u00e5re investeringer i h\u00f8yrisikosektorer, -markeder og -segmenter p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"acf-article-block_9f232b8ebbc3d8dc24e21b4834e814d7\" data-anchor-title=\"Background\"class=\"block-section article wp-block-acf-article\">\n\t<div class=\"block-section-wrapper element-width--wide\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"500\" data-aos-delay=\"300\">\n\t\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading heading-size-normal\">Bakgrunn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Norfunds Business Support-ordning ble opprettet i 2000, basert p\u00e5 en felles erkjennelse hos UD, Norad og Norfund av behovet for teknisk og faglig bistand knyttet til investeringer i privat sektor i utviklingsland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiltakene under Business Support f\u00f8lger det \u00e5rlige tildelingsbrevet fra UD, norske utviklingspolitiske prioriteringer, OECD\/DAC-kriteriene og Norfunds investeringsstrategi. Ordningen er \u00f8remerket Norfunds portef\u00f8ljeselskaper og indirekte portef\u00f8ljeselskaper, samt potensielle investeringer. For denne tilskuddsbaserte finansieringen dekker portef\u00f8ljeselskapene inntil 50 % av prosjektkostnadene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiltakene er rettet mot b\u00e6rekraft og merverdi ved \u00e5 sikre at viktige problemstillinger som portef\u00f8ljeselskapene selv ikke har ressurser eller kompetanse til \u00e5 h\u00e5ndtere, kan tas tak i og l\u00f8ses. Prosjektene er dessuten viktige verkt\u00f8y for \u00e5 skape bevissthet om sentrale temaer og legge til rette for konstruktive samtaler om kontroversielle sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l. Ordningen er et virkemiddel for \u00e5 levere merverdi p\u00e5 disse omr\u00e5dene. Business Support inng\u00e5r derfor i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.norfund.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Gender-position.png\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"24778\">Norfunds&nbsp;Gender Position<\/a>&nbsp;og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.norfund.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Norfund-Climate-Position-1Sep2020.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"10914\">Climate Position<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De tverrg\u00e5ende hensynene i norsk utviklingspolitikk \u2013 menneskerettigheter (b\u00e6rekraftsm\u00e5l 8), antikorrupsjon (b\u00e6rekraftsm\u00e5l 16), likestilling
