ASYV is a 8.5 MW solar PV project in Rwanda majority owned and operated by Scatec Solar. The project was built in 2014 and became operational later that year. Norfund provided equity capital and a subordinated loan towards the construction of the project, and has also supported the project with a liquidity guarantee.
