Kiangan is a 17,5 MW hydropower plant in the Philippines being developed by the Japanese renewable energy company Renova and local partner Alternergy and St Clara International. Norfund has provided mezzanine financing to support the construction of this asset. The plant, once complete, will provide peaking capacity to the Luzon power grid.
