Kinangop Wind Park is a 60 MW wind farm in central Kenya. The total project costs is estimated at US$153 million, of which approx. 42% is to be funded by equity. Norfund's proposed investment will be in the form of ca. 19% equity in KWPL, with a fund managed by Africa Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) financing the remainder.
