Rewnewable Energy Holdings (REH) is a South African hydropower company owning two existing small hydropower plants, and recently built a third 5 MW run-of-river hydro project (Stortemelk Hydro). Norfund provided a loan to the REH Group to part finance Stortemelk Hydro. The Stortemelk project, now operational, is situated on the Ash river and uses the outflow from the Lesotho Highlands water project.
