Hege Elisabeth Seel is EVP Organization & HR and joined Norfund in 2008 as Head of Department. Prior to joining Norfund, she held a position as Assistant Director General at the Ministry of Trade and Industry as Chief of Staff. Seel has experience from international assignments in OECD and the EU and has been working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds a Master’s degree in political science from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Bergen.
